红外电解质包层金属空芯波导的制备

摘要 介绍了用液相化学法制作红外电解质包层金属空芯波导的工艺及传输原理。我们制备了在 1 0 .6μm透过率每 0 .5 m达到 79.95 %的红外电解质包层金属空芯波导。对制作中出现的现象及测量结果进行分析。 The fabrication of a hollow metal waveguide in IR field by liquid-phase chemistry method is described. The trasmission theroy is introduced. We have manufactured a hollow metal waveguide, which transmittance is 79.95% with 0.5m length at 10.6μm. Analysed the appearance of experiment and the test result.
