本文从分析网络信息资源的特征入手 ,阐明了网络信息资源评价的必要性以及评价状况 ,运用层次分析法 ,建构网络信息资源评价的层次结构模型及评价体系。

Beginning with the analysis of net information resources characteristics,the paper illustrates the necessity and situation of evaluation to net information resources,and using the layer analysis method,constructs the evaluation layer structure mode and system.
