我省研究生学位论文网络信息系统建设探讨

A Discussion about Constructing Network Information System of Postgraduate Dissertations in Heilong Jiang Province

学位论文是一种宝贵的文献资源 ,建立资源共享的学位论文信息系统 ,有利于此类文献的开发利用。本文在对黑龙江省学位论文资源及读者分布状况初步调查分析的基础上 ,提出了建立地区性研究生学位论文信息系统的设想。

The graduate dissertation is a kind of valuable document resource.Constructing dissertations information system for sharing the resource is advantageous to use of this kind of document.Based on investigation of the distribution state of dissertation resource and readers in several universities,this paper put forward a proposal to set up the regional information system of postgraduate dissertations.
