Art Education and Modern Education Technology

本文回顾美术及美术教育发展的历史，指出美术教育适应着社会历史进步的发展。 在现代信息技术应用于教育领域的今天，美术教育将从教学内容、方法、组织形式三方面发 生着变化。文章比较西方发达国家信息技术发展状况，制定出适应现代信息技术发展的中小 学美术教育目标；总结出美术教师现代教育技术能力提高的途径，分析归纳出多媒体美术辅 助教学的特点和教学实践中出现的问题。

This articl first reviews the historical development of fine arts edu cation, and points out that fine arts education fits the progress of social hist ory.In today's world where modern information technology (IT)is used in educatio nal fields,the education of fine arts will change in three aspects:content,metho d and the organizing form.The paper compares with the situation of IT educationa l development in the Western countries and then makes a goal for middle and prim ary school fine arts education, summarizing the ways of how to improve the abili ty of fine arts teachers and analyzing the features of multimedia－fine arts－ai d education and some problems in the teaching practice.
