某船厂为中外合资所建，船坞建成抽水时发现闸底板边缘有 ２个约 ２ ｍ × ０．５ｍ的漏洞，渗漏水量远远大于设计要求，工程面临无法如期验收并交付使用的局面。介绍在险情急、难度大、任务紧并有涉外关系的情况下，采用新二管法施工工艺进行工程抢险堵漏的成功经验，为类似工程在水上高喷堵漏提供了借鉴。

A certain dockyard is a joint venture. When the dockyard was put into use and began pumping, two 2m×0. 5m holes were found on the edge of the brake motherboard. The leaking volumn accesses the requitement in the design. Now the construction process encounters the problems of being unable to be checked and accepted as scheduled and handed over to use. Under such circumstance of great danger, difficulty and urgent task, new double-tube high-pressure revolving sprinkler was utilized to deal with the emeragency and plug the leak. This successful experience provide examples for the kind of high pressure revolving sprinkler plugging on the water.
