The article discusses the efforts on the model of chinese engineeing valuation after attending WTO by an alyzing the problems about evaluation and price fixing of engineering bid and invite bid,as well as the receipt of the indirect cost.In addition,it also gives some proposals on the principle and countermeasures about the engineering valuation,as well as informization and Latticing of management.
