摘要
本文分析了现有强制式单卧轴混凝土搅拌机卸料时筒体倾翻的阻力矩,指出该阻力矩很大的根本原因以及依靠搅拌轴的动力驱动筒体倾翻时极易使主电机超载的弊病.对此本文提出了一种倾翻卸料机构的助力装置,阐述了它的工作原理,推导了设置它以后仍依靠搅拌轴的动力驱动筒体的倾翻机构的负荷和相应的主电机超载率.与现有机构相比,它大大降低了机构负荷和超载率,甚至获得卸料时筒体自倾的效果.为改进倾翻机构的设计,提供了一条崭新途径.
Having analyzed the resistant torque, which occurs while the drum of the common forced concrete mixer with single horizontal shaft is tilting to discharge and often causes the major motor to overload, the writer indicates the source of it.An assistor is presented, and the principle of its operation descripbed. The torque from the mixing shaft of the unit equipped with the assistor, used for tilting the drum,and corresponding overload ratio of the major motor are calculated; they are much less than that of the common unit. So, a new way for the improvement of the tilting device is put forward.
