The compositon principle of work,design method of software and hardware,and result experiment of Intelligent measurement and control system for monitor of warm-room in instrument plants project is introduced.The working result of real experiment show:the operate of system is easy,the function of software is perfect,the intension is rich, integrated technique and Intelligence are raise,price is cheap,it is valuable to spread.
