首先阐明了YAG激光毛化机床实现毛化微坑可控分布的重要性和原理 ,然后从系统构成和控制软件两方面介绍了这一数控系统。
This paper elaborate on the subject of the importance and the principle of how to realize controllable texturing tiny pit distribution using YAG Laser-texturing Equipment. It is also presented the numerical control system from system composition and the control software. The system achieve the concentrative controlling by a industrial control computer.
