摘要
对 2 1世纪的主流建筑技术—智能建筑的功能进行了分析 ,论述了智能住宅的系统构成以及家电自动化 ,指出了智能建筑的优点和发展趋势 ,从而促进了智能住宅的普及和发展。
The main trend architecture is intelligent building in 21 th century. In this paper, the several kinds of function of the intelligent building are analyzed, the home automation and system structure of intelligent residence are discussed, the merit and development tendency of intelligent building are pointed out, these can advance popular and development of intelligent building and intelligent residence.
