摘要
阐述了小波变换的原理 ,分析了小波变换用于图像压缩时小波基选择与图像压缩编码效果的关系 。
In this paper, emphasis is placed on the wavelet theory and its application in image compression. Based on the experiments, this paper analyses what effects the orthorgnal or biorthogonal bases have on static image coding, then gives the principle of the choices of wavelet base.
