摘要
随着Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ的迅速发展，ＩＰＳｅｃ越来越突出其重要性，但是现有的ＩＰＳｅｃ策略管理机制尚在建立过程中。探讨了基于安全策略系统 （ＳＰＳ）的ＩＰＳｅｃ策略管理机制，并提出策略客户端和策略服务器的具体处理过程。
With the development of Internet，IPSec will play an important role，but IPSec policy management mechanism is in progress now. This paper discusses a new idea of IPSec policy management based on security policy system and addresses the processes of the policy client and policy server.
