Design and Implementation of the LAN Based Digital Multimedia Teaching System

This paper discusses the differences between the LAN based digital multimedia net teaching system and the hardware-only-based and software-hardware mixed systems. Also described in the paper are the features and functionality of the digital multimedia teaching system. In addition, the paper proposed a framework of such system and describes the implementation and some of the techniques used in the implementation.
