构件技术是近几年来迅速发展并受到高度重视的一门技术。文章首先介绍了C4ISR仿真软构件生成器的总体框架结构，接着讨论了仿真软构件生成器的关键技术问题。
： Along with the quick development of component technology，people have paid great attention to this kind of technology in recent years．This paper introduces the framework of C4ISR simulation component builder，discusses the key technique of it（C4ISR simulation object model，the definition of C4ISR simulation component composing element，the building rule of C4ISR simulation component，the building arithmetic of C4ISR simulation component code）．
