文章对干部队伍思想道德建设存在的问题及原因从三个方面进行了剖析 ,提出了新世纪党性教育的对策和思考 :必须加强党性教育 ,发挥党校教育在干部教育中的作用。

In the article,the problem in ideological and ethical building of cadres and its cause are analysed its three aspects.The ways to strengthen education in Party spirit in the new century are also put forward.Education in Party spirit must be strengthened and full use must be made of the Party school for education of cadres.
