再论应变释放系数的精确计算

摘要 本文讨论了当钻孔与应变栅处于一般位置时,考虑丝栅尺寸影响的应变释放系数的精确计算问题。提出了在丝栅覆盖面上多点平均值及面积积分平均值的计算方法,在此基础上,提出了考虑边阻丝影响的各种计算方法。并对各种方法进行了比较。 When the hole is drilled on any position with respect to the strain gages,the accurate calculation of the strain release coefficients considering effect of the size of the grid are discussed in this paper.Based on the area integration over the area of the grid or the effective area of the filaments, some expressions of the strain release coefficients are derived.The numerical results by different metheds are compared.
