Transnational merger is falling into publicity in the field of international direct investment.In order to make good use of the foreign capital which inflows on large scale through transnational merger and to speed up the economic construction of our country,the relevant legal system,which has agreeable content and highly apparent procedures,should be established so as to gradually optimize the legal surroundings of the investment in our country.
