摘要
In studying the relationship between positivism,law and morality,the author demonstrates a special feature.On one hand,the author raises particular issues,such as the meaning of connection between law and ethics and why it is wrong if one negates this connection,thus leading to an in-depth research.On the other hand,the author has clarified confusions and ambiguity around these issues by his well-organized and clear analysis.
