摘要
住宅产业化工程是一项极其复杂的社会系统工程 ,其实质是对长期以来的住宅产业经营思想、建筑技术、建筑材料、建造方式等进行重大变革。本文以重庆市的相关统计数据为基础 ,对实施住宅产业化工程所产生的经济、社会、环境效益进行分析和测算 ,提出实施该项工程预期达到的经济、社会。
Industrialized housing is a complicated social system engineering. Substantially it will change the traditional business culture , construction technologies ,material and production,benefit .Based on the relative statistic data in Chongqing, this article analyses and values the economical ,social and environmental benefits for the industrialized housing project in Chongqing.
