摘要 四川攀钢高炉含钛残渣含有较多的低熔矿物,如C2AS、CS、钛辉石等。用其部分替代粘土作水泥生产原料烧制硅酸盐水泥熟料.可使烧成温度降低至135n℃左右.残渣中低熔矿物对促进熟料矿物形成有利,用渣量达20%时仍能制备出性能优良的525#水泥。经过水淬的高炉残渣中含有较多的高折光率玻璃体,活性试验结果表明,水淬高炉残渣具有潜在水硬活性,可用作水泥混合材料。本实验用水淬高炉残渣可制式425#以上的矿渣水泥。 There are many kinds of Low-melting mineral in titaniferous residue (after treatment of titanium slag) from blast furnace in Pan Steel Works in Sichuan Province. Such as: C2AS, Cs, titanaugite and etc. Using the residue as a substitute for partial clay in cement rawmaterial to produce portland cement clinker the aintering temperature can be reduced to about1350℃ The low-melting mineral materials in the residue are of benefit to the formation ofclinker. 525 grade cement still can be preared even when the addition of residue is up to 20%The water-quenched residue contains much high-refractive glass. The result of activitytest shows that this residue has latently hydraulic reactivity and can be used as mixture for cement. Cement better than 425 grade was made out using the water-queached residVe in thisexperiment.
