摘要
采用轻质粘土、页岩陶粒、轻质高铝为轻质骨料,粉煤灰漂珠为细粉,应用微粉、超微粉及复合外加剂技术,对轻质、高强、隔热耐火浇注料进行了试验室研究,分析讨论了轻质浇注料的体积密度、气孔率、导热系数、强度及施工用水量的相互关系,试验室研制出了轻质(体积密度<1600kg/m3)、高强(110℃/24h抗压强度>30Mps)隔热耐火浇注料。
A laboratory study on refractory castables with lightweight, high-strength and insulation was done using light clay, shale ceramisite and light high-alumina as light aggregate, using fine fly-ash as fines and using the technology of composite admixture. The relation between bulk density, porosity. thermal conductivity coefficient, strength and water used in construction was analyzed. The light (bulk density≤1 600kg/ m3), high-strength (compressive strength> 30MPa 110℃/ 24hs), insulating refractory castables were made in the laboratory.
