Brugada宽QRS波群心动过速分步式诊断标准对伴束支传导阻滞患者的应用价值——附147例分析

The value of Brugada's criteria on differential diagnosis of wide QRS tachycardia in patient with preexisting bundle-branch block

目的:探讨Brugada宽QRS波群心动过速分步式诊断标准是否适用于鉴别原伴有束支传导阻滞的室性心动过速室速与室上性心动过速室上速的患者。方法:选择窦性心律呈束支传导阻滞的147例患者完全性右束支传导阻滞CRBBB97例,完全性左束支传导阻滞CLBBB50例的心电图资料,用Brugada宽QRS波群心动过速分步式诊断标准进行分析。结果:两组各有1例误诊为室速,误诊率为1.4%。结论:Brugada宽QRS波群心动过速分步式诊断标准也适用于原有束支传导阻滞的患者。
