摘要
本文较为系统地研究了脱硫建筑石膏粉煤灰胶结材的物理力学性能、水土机理及应用前景。通过微观试验、从胶结材微观结构、孔结构及水化产物等对胶结材性能的明显改善进行了分析,研究表明:在合适激发剂作用下。胶结材在保持建筑石膏速凝快硬特性基础上,强度及耐水性有所提高,其它性能也得到改善。
A systematic study on mechanical properties, hydration mechanism and prospects in application about bonding material with Desulphogypsum and fly ash is presented in this paper. Improvement in its properties due to the microstructure, void and hydration product of the bonding material is analyzed through microscopic test. The study shows that the strengh, water resistanec and other properties can be improved by the action of proper excitation agent based on keeping its performance of quick setting and rapid hardening.
