由于我国现行教育体制的缺陷及一些工程人员的长期错误认识 ,使得部分年轻工程人员的学历与能力不相匹配 ,本文就此问题探讨了在各医院医疗设备越来越先进的情况下如何迅速提高年轻工程人员的业务水平 ,帮助年轻的工程人员迅速成长起来 :一、提高工程人员的基础知识和动手能力 ;二、帮助工程人员尽快熟悉设备 ;三、分工负责 。

It mades unmatched between educational level and ability of young engineers ,because our current education system has shortcomings and some engineers have wrong understanding in long time.Now we discuss how quickly improve young engineers professional skills and support young engineers growing.The main points are to improve engineers basic knowledge and professional shill ability;to help engineers as soon as possible to be familiar with equipment ;and to have responsilbility for self work and do help each other.
