对二氯苯职业危害的研究

Studies on occupational hazards caused by para-dichlorobenzene

目的 研究对二氯苯 (PDCB)职业危害特点 ,为健康监护提供参考依据。方法 采用气相色谱法监测作业现场PDCB空气浓度 ,并对 41名PDCB作业工人和 5 5名对照组工人进行医学检查。结果 PDCB作业工人神经衰弱与呼吸道刺激症状显著高于对照组 ,慢性咽充血与心电图异常率显著高于对照组 ,血清丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)活性与尿N 乙酰 β D 氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)水平显著高于对照组。 结论 PDCB不仅具有肝肾和中枢神经系统毒性 。

Objective To study the features of occupational hazards caused by para dichlorobenzene(PDCB)and to lay a scientific basis for health surveillance of the employees exposed to it.Methods Air concentration of PDCB in the workplaces was measured by gas chromatography.And,medical check up was performed for 41 workers exposed to PDCB and 55 controls.Results Prevalence of neurosis,respiratory stimulant symptoms,chronic pharyngeal congestion and abnormal ECG in the exposed workers was significantly higher than that in the controls.Activity of serum alanine transaminase(ALT)and urine level of N Acety1 β D glucosaminidase(NAG)were significantly higher in the exposed group than those in the controls.Conclusions Exposure to PDCB could not only cause potential hepatonephro and central neuro toxicity,but also stimulate respiratory tract.
