老年高血压病患者24小时动态血压变化与血清Na^+、K^+关系

The Study of the correlation between the dynamic change of BP and serum Na+ , K+ For 24 hours in the aged EH patients

目的探讨老年高血压病(EH)患者24小时动态血压变化与血清Na^+、K^+改变的关系。方法对我院255例住院及门诊老年EH病人和90例正常人进行24小时动态血压监测(ABPM)、偶测血压和血清Na^+、K^+检查,比较血压各参数与血清K^+、Na^+、Na^+/K^+比值之间的关系。结果 255例老年高血压病患者24小时平均收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP),日间平均SBP、DBP,夜间平均SBP、DBP与血清K^+浓度呈明显负相关;与Na^+/K^+比值呈明显正相关(P<0.01);偶测BP与血清K^+、Na^+浓度和Na^+/K^+比值之间无相关性(P<0.05);24小时、日间、夜间SBP与血清Na^+浓度均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 255例老年EH病人血清K^+、Na^+、Na^+/K^+比值是24小时动态血压变化的决定因素之一。

Objective To study the correlation between the dynamic change of BP and serum Na* , Ka+ change for 24 hours in aged EH patients. Methods ABPM round the clock and occasional measurement of BP for 225 aged EH inpatients and outpatients as well as healthy people, and examination for subjects' Na+ , K+ are conducted, so that the correlation between parameters of BP and serum K+ , Na+ as well as the ratio of Na+ /K+ can be compared. Results The obvious negative correlation between SBP, DBP round the clock, daily average SBP, DBP, Nightly average SBP, DBP and serum K+ concentration, and obvious positive correlation of Na+/K+ ratio in 255 EH patients (P<0.01) have been observed; no any correlation between occasional measurement of BP and K+ , Na+ concentration as well as Na+ /K+ (P < 0.05) has been observed; the positive correlation between SBP round the clock, daily and nightly SBP and serum K+ , Na+ concentration (P<0.01) has been observed. Conclusions serum K+ , Na+, Na+/K+ in 255 EH aged patients is one of the decision factors for the change of ambulatory BP over 24 hours.
