目的 :制定祛白片质量标准。方法 :用薄层色谱法鉴别何首鸟、丹参、黄芪、甘草 ;用双波长薄层扫描法对该制剂中补骨脂素的含量进行测定。结果 :定性定量方法简便、灵敏、准确、专属性强。结论

OBJECTIVE: To build up quality standards for Quibai tablets.METHODS:In this preparation,Radix polygoni multiflori, Radix slaviae miltiorrhuzae, Radix astragali, Radix glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC, and psoralen was determined by the Dual wave length TLC scanning.RESULTS:The results indicated that the methods were simple and sensitive with a good concentrated.CONCLUSION: This paper provided the methods could be used to establish quality standards of this preparation.
