摘要
目的 :制定壮骨片的质量标准。方法 :采用理化反应法鉴别壮骨片中的党参、肉苁蓉 ;薄层色谱法鉴别其中的怀牛膝 ;薄层扫描法测定其中黄柏盐酸小檗碱含量。结果 :党参、肉苁蓉、怀牛膝对理化反应和薄层鉴定有专属性。黄柏中盐酸小檗碱在 1.0 1~ 6 .0 6 μg范围内呈良好线性关系 ,r=0 .9976 ,平均回收率为97.6 ,RSD为 2 .82 %。结论 :本方法简便、准确、快速 ,重现性好 。
OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard for Zhuang'gu tablets.METHODS:Radix codonopsis pilosulae was identified by physico chemical methods,Achyranthes bidentata was qualitative analysis by TLC and berberine hydrochloride of Phellodendron amurense was determined by TLC scanning.RESULTS:The physico chemical reactions had concentrated with Radix codonopsis pilosulae, Radix achyranthes bidentatae was identified by TLC. Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship at a range of 1.01~6.06 μg ,r=0.997 6. The average recovery was 97.6% and RSD was 2.82%. CONCLUSION:These methods are simple, accurate, quick with a good reproducible, and provide foundation for the quality control of Zhuang'gu tablets.
