摘要
目的 :研究成本低、提取率高、简单易行的黄藤素提取工艺。方法 :本文采用正交设计法和平行实验法研究从黄藤中提取黄藤素的工艺条件。结果 :p H对黄藤素的提取率影响有高度显著性 ,浸泡时间和提取次数、Na Cl用量对提取率影响有显著性 ;分步沉淀可使黄藤粗碱含量大大提高 ,可提高经济效益。结论 :最佳工艺为 A1 B3C3D2 。
OBJECTIVE:To ascertain extraction of fibrauretine with low cost, high extracting rate and simple operation. METHODS:Orthonal design and parallel experiment were adopted to extract fibrauretine from Fibaure recisa Pierre (FRP). RESULTS: All of these factors, such as pH, soaktime, extracting times and the amount of NaCl can increase evidently yield results.To precipitate step by step can increase crude alkaloid of fibrauretine and improve economic performance.CONCLUSIONS:The optimal technology is A 1B 3C 3D 2 and precipitating step by step is superior to that by only one step.
