摘要
肺炎链球菌疫苗仍是全球最急需的前3位疫苗之一,为保证一个最佳的肺炎链球菌多糖菌苗和(或)蛋白多糖结合菌苗复合物,很有必要对肺炎链球菌进行菌型监测。近年来,WHO及许多国家开展了肺炎链球菌的菌型监测,取得了较好的进展,其分型方法也在不断改进。
