摘要
先后用共焦激光扫描显微镜 (CLSM)和扫描电镜对籼稻、粳稻、糯稻和普通野稻胚乳的淀粉粒作了光学断层扫描观察和半薄切片的扫描电镜观察。发现水稻淀粉粒是一空心结构 ,其空腔的体积约占淀粉粒体积的 12 5%左右。水稻不同种。
The fine structure of starch grain of indica, japonica, glutinous rice and O.rufipogon were observed by scanning electron microscope and confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM). The hole structure of starch grain of rice is discovered, the volume of the hole is about 12.5% of starch grain, no significant difference between the rice types has been observed.
