电脉冲下TiC颗粒增强Ni-Cr合金中位错组态的变化

摘要 TiC颗粒增强Ni80 Cr2 0 合金经电脉冲处理后 ,位错组态发生规整化、平直化排列 ,位错堆积形成位错墙。这表明电脉冲处理具有类似于退火的回复作用。此外 。 Electropulsing of Ni 80 Cr 20 alloy reinforced by titanium carbide particle (TiC p) alternated the dislocations in the matrix from a tangle configuration to the straight and regular spacing arrangement. Under recovery of the electropulsing having a similar effect as annealing, the dislocation walls formed by piling the dislocations up and reacted with the TiC p via the dislocation lock. As a result of the dislocations crossing through the TiC p particles there exist the dislocation loops. The eletropulsing made it possible to observe some nanoparticles with much smaller size, which pinned a lot of dislocations in between them.
