摘要
通过FE SEM (FieldEmission ScanningElectronMicroscopy)和TEM (TransmissionElectronMicroscopy)研究了经高温氧化后的SiC颗粒增强铝镁基复合材料的界面微结构特征。研究表明碳化硅的氧化能够有效抑制铝对碳化硅的侵蚀 ,改善其润湿性。基体合金中的Mg与SiC表面的氧化层SiO2 极易反应 ,根据基体合金中Mg的含量形成纳米尺度的MgO或MgAl2
The interfacial reaction characteristics of Al Mg matrix composites reinforced with oxidized SiC particles were studied by FE SEM and TEM. The oxidation of SiC particles can prevent the attack from aluminum molten, but the aluminum alloy as matrix for composite are usually composed of element magnisum which is liable to react with the oxidized layer of SiC particles and form nanoparticle MgO or MgAl 2O 4 which is dependent on the content of Mg in the matrix.
