对双相TiAl基Ti 4 8Al 1 5Mn 0 5Si合金的压缩变形组织进行TEM衍衬分析 ,结果表明 ,该合金室温变形组织中 ,无论是等轴γ相还是层片γ相 ,都存在较多的沿两个方向分布的 ( 1 2 )〈110 ]普通位错 ,在有Ti5Si3 相析出的层片γ相中观察到了沿两个方向排列的 [0 11]和 [0
Compressive deformation microstructures of dual phase TiAl base Ti 48Al 1 5Mn 0 5Si alloy were studied by TEM diffraction contrast analyzing. The result showed that (1/2)〈110] ordinary dislocations distributed along two directions in both equiaxed γ phase and lamella γ phase at room temperature. Superdislocations of [011] and [011] distributed along two directions were observed in lamella γ phase where Ti 5Si 3 phase had separated out.
