摘要
利用液晶空间光调制器的光学调制特性 ,实现阵列数与焦长可调控的阵列菲涅耳波带片 ,并给出了理论分析和实验结果 ,该方法操作简单。
Based on the modulation characters of liquid crystal spatial light modulator (LC SLM),a new type array Frensel Zone Plates with controllable array numbers and focus length are presented in this paper.The proposed method has the advantages of easy operation and real time controllable.Theoretical analysis and experimental results using LC SLM are presented.
