摘要
本文介绍了在室温环境下用激光显微拉曼光谱 ,测试、分析五种新鲜水果表面的结果。从实验数据看 ,与预先的期望相反 ,各种水果的拉曼谱线均为 β-胡萝卜素的谱线 ,相互之间没有明显的区别 。
We have obtained and analyzed the Raman spectra of five kinds of fruits by Micro Raman spectroscopy. We found that all spectra are that of the resonance Raman spectrum of β carotene. Thus, there is only little difference among then, and Raman spectroscopy is not a good criterion to distinguish different kinds of fruits.
