摘要
载荷、频率和循环数是振动疲劳试验中的关键参数 ,既要能无级可调又要稳定。在叶片振动疲劳试验系统中采用微机程控和机电耦合闭环控制技术 ,可以很好地实现对上述参数的控制 ;同时还可以自动采集和处理试验数据 ,并具有试验系统自动报警和停机等功能 ,保证了参数测量的精度和可靠性。对某发动机压气机叶片上千次的振动疲劳试验结果表明 ,在叶片振动疲劳试验系统中采用微机程控和机电耦合闭环控制技术是可行的 ,且测量精度高 。
Load, frequency and cycle number are three key parameters of a vibration fatigue test. It is hoped that they are stable and can be adjusted steplessly. In this paper, computer control and closed loop control technique are introduced to form a new blade vibration fatigue experiment system, in which parameters control, data collection and processing, system alarming and test termination could be realized automatically. The system improves the measurement accuracy and the reliability of test. Test of thousands blades indicate that the system is feasible, measurement accuracy is satisfied and the process of experiment is stabilized.
