淬硬高速钢洛氏和维氏硬度换算表及换算公式

生产实践证明 ,淬火、回火高速工具钢的洛氏和维氏硬度之间的实测换算值与国家标准GB/T1 1 72 - 1 974《黑色金属硬度及强度换算表》中的换算值不相符合 ,其有自身的特殊性。根据我国具体的生产实际情况 ,有必要建立我国自己的淬硬高速钢洛氏硬度和维氏硬度换算的标准。用附加公式 HRC=1 0 0 - 37353/( HV+ 2 0 0 )来进行辅助换算可以得到非常精确的结果 。

It is proved in production practice that the actual conversion values between rockwell and vickers hardness of quenched tempered high speed tool steel dont correspond with the values in GB/T1172-1974 《Conversion Tables on Hardness and Strength of Ferrous Metals》. According to real production case of our country, it is necessary to establish the standard about the conversion tables on hardness and strength of hardened high speed steel. In this standard we may use the supplementary formula HRC=100-37353/(HV+200) to converse rockwell and vickers hardness conveniently.
