摘要
某高炉冷却用不锈钢波纹管服役两个月后 ,经两次清洗后发生开裂。经光学显微镜和扫描电镜能谱分析 ,认为波纹管在腐蚀介质的作用下首先产生晶界腐蚀 ,形成沿晶裂纹而导致波纹管失效。
Stainless steel bellow joint for a blast farnace cooling system cracked after two months service, during which it was washed twice acid cleanser. The failed bellow was examined by metallography and scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectram. The results showed that corrosive deanser caused intergrannular corrosion of bellow, leading to final cracking.
