摘要
针对聚合物驱中 ,随着聚合物注入体积的增加 ,产液指数的下降 ,油井流入动态与水驱相比有较大差异 ;油井见聚合物后 ,电泵排量大 ;电泵排量系数随聚合物浓度增加而降低 ,功耗增大 ;抽油杆与油管偏磨严重 ,杆断率增加 ,检泵周期明显缩短等问题。根据非牛顿流体力学理论、渗流力学和采油工艺原理等知识 ,给出了电泵井油井流入动态预测公式及聚驱电泵采油选泵方法 ;建立了电泵机组数据库 ;编制了选泵设计软件 ,该软件操作简单 ,界面友好 ,功能强大 ,实用性强 ,现场应用表明 ,完全满足工程设计需要 。
During polymer flooding the liquid production index will decrease with the increase of the injected volume of polymer, and comparing with water flooding the inflow performance of oil wells is greatly different; After polymer is produced from oil wells the discharge capacity of the electric pump is large; The discharge capacity factor of the electric pump will increase with the increase of polymer concentration, and its power consumption increase too; The partial wear between pumping rod and tubing is serious, the break rate of the rod increases and the repair cycle of the pump is shortened obviously. The above problems will occur during polymer flooding. Based on non Newtonian liquid mechanical theory, seepage flow mechanics and production technology the inflow performance prediction expression of electric pump producers and pump selection method of pump production for polymer flooding are given in this paper; The database of electric pump group are established; The design software of pump selection is programmed. This software is simple to operate with good interface and strong function. The field application proves that it can meet the demand of engineering design and can be spread.
