摘要
本文通过对某车间的一个季度的生产实践资料,与同条件生产车间进行横向比较,且与科学生产的自身比较,用 ABC 法筛选出重要指标,并对其进行比较分析,从而对经济效益不佳提出了科学诊断,并提出改进措施,进而提高了经济效益。
The key index signs are sieved out through A B C Sieving Methods and improving measures are put forward,therefore economic efficiency are raised noticeably,through the scientific diagnosis and comparisons.
