摘要
组合式硬质合金铣刀是当前国内外加工木材应用最广泛的一种先进刀具。本文通过对地板块榫槽的铣削加工工艺,确定了组合铣刀的最佳参数,进而对铣刀进行结构设计和性能测试,为设计木工机床提供了可靠数据。
The combined carbide milling cutters are the most widely used and advan- ced cutting tools.On the basis of the milling of tenons and mortises in floor boards,this paper introduces the optimum parameters,results of structure designs and performance tests of the milling cutters,which have provided data for the design of wood working machine tools.
