摘要
本文分析了扶贫开发项目与退耕还林还草项目之间的关系 ,介绍了扶贫开发与退耕还林还草工作相结合取得的成绩 ,提出了今后进一步结合的建议。
The relationship between poverty alleviation programs with the Upland Conversion and Reforestation Program was analyzed in the paper.The author also introduced the positive achievements of combining the two programs together and raised some suggestions for continuing to combine the two programs in the future.
