摘要
研究了热处理对采后石刁柏生理和品质的影响 ,结果表明 :热处理可有效抑制石刁柏呼吸强度和乙烯释放量 ,保持SOD活性 ,抑制MDA含量的升高 ,延缓果实VC含量的降低及降低腐烂率。
Effect of heat treatment on physiology and quality of Asparagus sprout were investigated. The results showed that the respiration rate,released C 2H 2 content and decaying rate were inhibited,the declination of the content of VC and SOD activity were delayed.
