新形势下云南林业发展的总体思路

据森林资源第 3次连清复查资料 ,云南省有活立木蓄积量 14 2亿m3 ,为全国第 3位。然而林分质量低劣 ,单位蓄积量小 ,现有森林资源经济价值低。制约云南林业发展的因素较多 ,但机遇和挑战并存。对新世纪初叶“十五”的林业发展 ,提出了实施“线点”主动型的云南林业发展战略。把全省分为 3个区域实行分类指导 ;规划了名特优树种 5 6个 ;建设 7大林业特色资源商品林基地 5 5 1万hm2 ;提出了实现规划的对策。
