摘要
对光纤熔锥方向耦合器的声光强度调制特性进行了实验研究。得到了工作波长为 1 3 1 0nm ,声波频率为 2 0 .1 9kHz,电驱动功率为 2 .6mW ,插入损耗为 0 .5dB ,调制深度为 64 %的声光强度调制特性。
Based on couple-modes theory and Acoustic optic effect,we analysis the mode copupling between the LP 01 and LP 11 modes by a traveling acoustic flexural wave guided along the narrow waist of taped coupler experimentally.A single-mode fiber acoustic-optic intensity modulation based on taped coupler is demonstrated at a wavelength of 1310nm.About 64%modulation is achieved at a modulation frequency of 20.19kHz with the drive power of about 2.6mW.
