摘要
用固相反应法制备了 L a2 /3Ca1/3-x Srx Mn O3系列样品 ,利用 Rietveld方法精修晶体结构 ,结果表明 ,当x≥ 0 .15时 ,样品由正交结构 (Pnma)转变为六方结构 (R- 3c) .本文详细介绍了 Rietveld精修方法并分析了 Sr2 +,Ca2 +对材料结构的影响 .
We prepared bulk samples of La 2/3 Ca 1/3- x Sr x MnO 3 by solid reaction method and analyzed their structures with Rietveld method. The experiment results show that their structures change from orthorhombic(Pnma) to rhombohedral(R 3c) structure when x ≥0.15. This paper introduced the Rietveld method in detail and analyzed the effect of Ca 2+ and Sr 2+ on structures.
