膏剂法硼钒共渗WC—C_o硬质合金工艺研究

摘要 本文研究了膏剂法硼钒共渗 WC—Co 硬质合金工艺,根据渗层表面硬度和耐磨性提高程度选择2<sup>#</sup>渗剂为最佳渗剂配方。最佳工艺温度为940+10℃,最佳共渗时间为6小时,共渗后 WC—Co 硬质合金表面硬度由原来 Hv<sub>0.1</sub>1400提高到 Hv<sub>0.1</sub>2500以上,比磨损率降低48%。 This paper deals with the technology of vanadium-boriding wc-co hard metal by pasty agent.According to increases of surface hardness and abrade- ability of vanadiucm-borided layer,the optimum formulation of the pastyagent and the vanadium-boriding technological parameters. The experiments show that the optimum formulation is 2~# pasty agent,the optimum vanadium-boriding temperature is 940±10℃ and the time is 6 hours compared which the untreated Specimens,whose surface hardness is Hv0.11 400, the surface hardness of vanadium-borided wc-co hard metal is increased to Hv0.1 2500 and above,and the specific wear rate is decreased by 48%.
