摘要
通过Maker条纹测试方法 ,在电子束辐射下的Ge As S硫系玻璃中 ,观察到明显的二阶非线性光学效应 ,并讨论了该效应的机理。通过Maker条纹图可以看出 ,二次谐波强度的大小主要与加速电压的大小有关 ,并在± (5 0°~ 6 0°)入射角时出现最大值。
The method of Maker fringes was used and the second order nonlinear optical effect was observed in the electron-beam irradiated Ge-As-S glasses. The mechanism of this effect was discussed. It's shown from the Maker fringes that the second harmonic intensity is strongly related to accelerating voltage, which gets a peak when the incidence of angle is ±(50°-60°).
