摘要
阻火器和阻爆器是工业上常用的重要安全设备。爆轰火焰的猝熄要比爆燃火焰猝熄困难得多 ,因为这不仅取决于阻火芯而且与阻爆器结构有直接关系。在阻爆器扩张腔中部设置球面形缓冲隔离板 ,实验研究了在不同爆轰火焰速度时 ,在缓冲隔离板作用下 ,入射爆轰波压力衰减情况 ,以及对爆轰火焰猝熄所产生的有利影响 。
Flame arresters and detonation arresters are used to prevent propagation of deflagration or detonation flame through flammable gases in industrial equipment.There are more difficulties in quenching detonation flame,eqpecially over driven detonation.For a detonation arrester whether or not the flame could be quenched successfully depends on not only construction but also element.A spherical bumper separator was installed in the expanding cavity of the detonation arrester.When detonation wave arrives at the bumper it will be compelled to diffract,a reflecting shock and a diverging shock will be produced at the front and back surface of the bumper separator respectively.The paper first describes the experimental study on the attenuation of the shock of detonation as a result of the bumper,and gives out the experiment data of attenuated extent of shock pressure for different detonation velocity,then contrasts aforementioned data with those without bumper.Meanwhile the advantageous influence of bumper separator on the flame quenching of detonation was related in this paper.
